I have no idea. I can’t read anyone’s mind either. I dislike crowds but can ‘turn off” just from having to face them so often. If large groups of people make you feel weird, it may be a panic attack.

@mmedefarge I can feel sometimes , how others feel right now and I know they thoughts , cant handle a bigger group of ppl because i feel sick and wierd is that emphaty cause?

I can uderstand U perfectly. Happened to me once in my workplace. Headaches and nauseas from nowhere, skin rashes because I’m sensitive to electromagnetic fields when I’m surrounded by a lot of electronic equipments. I can handle it, not really a big problem. I need to adjust brightness in my pc screen because I’m sensitive to bright lights. I try to avoid noisy environments also. They just moved me to a new area same work and tasks, but more quiet including my new co-workers

Emphats can be not only sensitive to people moods, inlcudes everything: Lights, noises,crowds,food. Work environment. What is a normal day for most of the people, for an emphat can be been complete exhausted at the end of the day. If you don’t maintain a balance and control between you and your enviroment, you gonna have problems. In a spirtual situation, emphats need to do the same. You need to control situations around you, if not, you’ll live in fear been a target for all kind of energies.

Yes. That’s what I meant. Thanks.:-) This situation of been an emphat is not only an spiritual issue is a physical one. Your body is also responding to stimulations from everywhere. That’s why is important to maintain control of your environment and your body. if not you’re going to get sick or you’re gonna live under frustration. I didn’t say we are well balance. We are suposed to be the most well balanced persons.

‘psychololicall’ and ‘psyphical’? I honestly am lost …did you mean, psychological and physical? Why would empaths be more balanced than anyone else?
It’s harder being an empath, as it’s confusing to discent between which are your own feelings and what’s just being picked up from others, but that’s normal.. every talent comes with a price tag.

I understand parents need to be responsible. But also can be so frustrating for a child to have such experiences, not able to uderstand and also be misunderstood by the adults. Disillusionment? Ask me about it….I’m a grown- up woman. Later I understood it is a gift and also my Mom. We, the sensitive, psychic or emphats are suposed to be the most well psychololically and psyphical well balance persons. Also skeptics, in order to discern what is true and is not.

The wrong thing is, they’re isolated because they don’t know how to work with their experiences and how to live with. The experiences are causing that kind of behavior, is not the behavior causing those experiences.

a few things scare me, but the paranormal isn’t one of them.
